2nd one for composition and lighting is much more natural, but first one because her hair is less messy.

If possible, edit the highlights in her eyes to be a bit more subtle or rectangular. Her left (her left, our right) looks like its grown an extra pupil.

Arthur,

The first one is strange. It's a bit soft or has a feeling like it's been heavily processed by noise removal software.

Second one is the winner, the only thing is I would agree with Wayne about catchlights in her eyes.

Hi Alex,

You are right on the noise removal. These few images that i have posted today were taken more than 2 years ago. They were capture in jpeg and not raw. At that time, I had sold my film gear for digital and was shooting jpeg till i learnt about raw. I wish i had captured them in raw.
