Not sure why, but I like this shot. Is it just me?

Hi Suzanne.
I like this shot but find the streaks across it distracting. Sorry. Are they reflections from the bank on the other side or out-of-focus foliage hanging down in the foreground?

Suzanne have to partially agree with Simon here. The concept has merit and the overall tone is great but the arrangement of the elements is a little too busy IMO. For me I think the absence of that foreground bush would allow the streaks (I assumed blurred vegetation of sorts) to add to the serenity of the image and the birds to wade into space.
cheers

The streaks are out of focus foliage. It was a quick shot done through the trees. Agree it would be better if they weren't there.
Thanks for the comments.
