Morning @ the farm

4 pics from the farm up in Kempsey, taken at around 7am with some low lying fog.
Purposely blown out. Feedback welcome

Nice work Michael.
I really like the way you have framed the web in #2. It is quite a striking image.
The high contrast and desaturation makes #4 stand out as well.
I have to say that I find the blown areas of #1&3 a little too distracting however.

Michael the second shot is excellent and the effect works well .The first one looks pushed just a fraction too far .

Good strong composition and creative use of light. Particularly enjoyed the second and third images with the backlighting on the spiders webs...
The power pole in the first distracts me, but you may you may have intended to place it there in the image...
The last one might be worth cropping into more of a pano style, cropping some of the foreground?

Some of the blown out areas aren't everyones cup of tea, but i couldn't resist beefing up these images with the high contrast to achieve the style.
mudder, i agree, the last one could lose some of the grass, it is a slightly dead area of the pic.

The second one works well. It would be greatly enhanced in my opinion if it weren't for the telegraph pole and lines. Although one perspective could be that it stands as tension between the natural and man-made world.

#2 and #4 are my pick here the spider web and the fog/cloud intrigue me in the images (respectively).
#1 and #3 are weaker IMO, but I condemn the experimentation.

Hi Michael, I really liked the effects on these pics. I was a bit distracted by the black fence post of #1, but #2 and #3 are impressive. That spider web really stands out.
