Macka, Rooboy and I went to zoo. As you can imagine, many photos were taken.
Here are a few of my favourites.

Like the Gorilla shot - Rooboy got one almost exactly the same! Would try increasing the contrast a bit, as it looks a bit washed out (probably from the glass). Might try a square crop as well.

That's such a pretty bird - does anyone know what it's called?

The giraffe expression is certainly unique! What no tongue?

dissapointing fuzzy leaf in forground #1, otherwise nice shot

Some lovely and colourful shots here suzanne. I would have been tempted (with a telephoto with some reach) to have zoomed/ and cropped right in on those glorious feathers in #1 and turned it into a pattern, colour and shape study.

Its plumage colours looks like autumn in Canberra except for the blue colours

The first shot is nicely composed with really nice and attractive colours. However, the bird's head is slightly out of focus.

The cockatoo is very well done and nicely exposed.

The giraffe needs more colour, but the angle of the shot is great.

The primate foot is WOW! I like the shot very much, it is simple but it also says a lot.

The first one is great! So many colours...

I believe the bird is a type of pheasant.

Willy, I have a dozen Giraffe photos with plenty of tongue , but this one is my favourite. I imagine it is singing a high note at the opera.

Macka, maybe it is my screen, but the saturation and contrast of the gorilla foot looks good from here?
