Hello,
Thanks to Wayne (PiroStitch) for the invite (and the lift) to a buddhist ceremony at the local temple. Here are a few samples from today. Any C&C are more than welcome.
Thanks
Alex

Very nice Alex.
I've been meaning to go visit one myself for quite awhile now but just havent gotten around to it.
Any reason you converted the last two to B&W? I really love the earthy colours of their robes and i think they would look better in colour, still nice none the less.

I guess brown and black are earthy colours
Love the 2nd pic, very emotional. Pity I missed that

Jamie: Thanks for the comments. I converted those two to B&W because the colour version looked a bit 'colourless' and dull plus b&w, I think gives a more dramatic feel to it. The robe colours were dark orange or brown/black anyway, so in my mind it was asking for a conversion.
Wayne: Thanks mate. The 2nd shot was caught more due to good luck than skill.

Alex - the two black and white shots are execellent. You have captured emotion in the 2nd and purpose in the 3rd.

I like the first shot Alex. Might want to crop the right side so its OOF on the left leading to focus on the right. B/W of the last monk is also very good.

Thanks Nito and Jennifer. I might crop the first one to remove the shallow DOF part on the left.
