Posted: Mon May 01, 2006 10:36 amSuzanne, Paul. Thanks for the comments. #1 is something I've not tried before. The hard part was making sure there was as little as possible of me in the shot (I lined myself up with the door edge on bottom left).

#1 gets points for creativity and unusal presentation.

#2 I'm afraid doesn't work for me the water just freaks me out and looks like it's undergone some wacky oil painting filter.

Craig - the effect in #2 is exactly what it looked like. The light was lovely and diffuse and the water still enough to give those lovely languid reflections.
