These are some shots I took at Eastern Creek on Sunday. I was using the 70-200Vr. Hopefully I have got my technique sorted. Any comments welcome.

looks alright, you have worked out your percentage of keepers with panning?

Barry, great work here and looks like you have it sorted and shots are good. I syrprise myself at time i take a lot of shots thinking i will get some throw away's and after a days shooting i find i have very few throw away's. On an average of 300 shots i might cull 5 or so shots and they would be out of focus or something along that lines.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks guys.

John if I had a reject rate that low I would be more than happy. I also find I take a lot of shots that have no composition to them. I guess practice is the answer.
