Hey, looking at the filename is cheating.
It is the reflector inside the top of those spherical lights on poles at the Opera House. There's a cool blue halo on the bottom reflector but I couldn't get a decent shot of it, so instead I got a couple of shots of this reflector.
(posterisation because it's very compressed, lens flare because I'm pointing at a very bright light)
