Both, very nice shots, Juztin. I like the first one most, but the right hand side of the face is just a tad too dark for my taste. Would like to see more detail there.

Lovely shots though, as with Alex's critique, I'd also suggest more light across her face. Even adding another strobe at low power behind her to the right (viewers' right) with barn doors on and a honeycomb filter to center the light on her head, for a touch of highlight through her hair and some textures across her cheek, can be made to look very flattering.
Otherwise, just moving that main softbox a bit closer to the camera to get more fill across her face would be lovely.
