Hey guys,

I have been an avid reader of this forum but never had the energy to share my work. Fortunately, I came to the decision of buying my first wide-angle lens (10-20mm sigma). These are some of my first shots I took from Tunkalilla (near Victor Harbour, SA).

Go easy on me folks ;)

Welcome to the forum. Great colours in your shots. If you could clone out the power lines in #1 it would be an improvement. Looks like you made a good investment with that lens.

Welcome Aleks, hope you enjoy it here.

Nice images. Just so you are aware, if you read the top of the entry page to this site, the maximum size we allow for images is 800 pixels in their largest dimension.

Hey Aleks..

Love the 'mood' of these pics - not your classic beach shots.

The area brings back memories from my surfing days..good ol' Tunks!

Glen: I resized the images to be a maximum size to be 800 and even patch tool'd out the powerlines

Welcome I love the feel of the last shot

Did you get any details of the marks made in the sand by the sea grass on the lower right hand side?

Thanks Aleks on the resizing. I also prefer it without the power lines.

Welcome Alex - u will like it here I'm sure!
This sigma 10-20 lens is certainly being showcased on the forum lately.
Your photos are no exception to the quality it is capable of.
I really like #1 and #3.

Welcome aleks. The Flerieur Peninsula certainly has some great scenery and you have captured it well. :D
