That first shot is a cracker. Love the sharpness of the bird compared to the out of focus background. Great colours too.

Nice series Mark. I like the way there is backlit fringing around the first bird. I find the strong red in the last shot a little overpowering.

Jeez, impressive sharpness from the 70-300G lens Mark, particularly at f5.6.
Great to see the pics from O'Rielly's are still coming through and they're all different too.

Bigpix and Owen - Thanks. I was pretty happy when I got home and looked at them. Wasn't sure what I was going to get shooting mostly high iso and f5.6 just for light.
Craig - Thank you. I liked the 3rd one for the sharpness of his eye and the V in the tree which he is holding onto hadn't really considered the red. Thanks for your comments I appreciate them.
