My two angels! Yeah right!
Having a go at Portraites down at Bondi Beach!
Had to clone out the ugly grey bar out from the back ground and it ran thru the water

Anyway learned how to cope with that
Geez I only got one nice shot the rest is them making faces
C & C pls!!

Hi admajic,
I like your photo - two children interacting together very nicely.
Brother and sister I suppose ?
You have a nice bokeh in the back and the colours are fine.
The light has let you down a little, a little bit too harsh.
Again, nice photo.
Cheers,
CD

I like the pic. The colors are vivid and like the name suggests, they do look like a cheeky pair!
I agree the light is a bit harsh. The next time you get the opportunity, try and use the onboars flash, or speedlight if you have one. Turn in bak a few stops and use it as a fill flash, which will light the darker areas, and not have to much of a noticeable effect on the lighter areas.
Good luck!

Don't worry about not noticing it, from now on you will, and your images will improve. Thats why we offer, and get told, advice. It's a great place to learn.

Adam
This is a great natural shot of your children. You've been helped tremendously by the colours they are wearing too since they jump out of the image and draw the eye strongly.

I tried to get them to sit closer! But they are monkeys and wanted to get up!! Then they just started to make faces after this photo, hehe. I set everything on manual. It was ISO 200, 1/1600, f3.5. From memory. Next time I do some Portraites im going for bribery!!
