This girl was using some LF camera in the Docklands in Melbourne this afternoon. I didn't interrupt her to find out what it was.

I underexposed slightly to retain as much detail as possible (sky was very bright) and then curved it back in Photoshop (didn't have time to pull out the GND filter) ![]()
Nice shot, always interesting to see other photographers doing their stuff. Awsome sky though, do you have any of your photos from there?

Indeed. That's a dangerous tripod setup on a large format. She's probably an art student. ![]() ![]() Producer & Editor @ GadgetGuy.com.au

If you need the hight on that tripod it should be OK. I have used sinars and linhofs the same way as long as you take care and have a reasonable shutter speed you are OK.
Dam I would love to have the money to be able to shoot 5x4 again. Way to much photography gear is never enough!
Great shot Barrie. Very nicely composed. Love that lens

I don't know about anyone else but my eyes were lead right to her lovley shaped butt.
after a few seconds of prying my eyes away I saw that she had a tripod and was taking photos of that thing on the water. Are we there yet?

Eeeeeww! You're only ASSUMING that it IS a girl... Who knows exactly who owns that butt? People put way too much rubbish in signature blocks.

Well it's nice too look at regardless of who owns it. Are we there yet?
I don't think she'd mind, it's not like we're mentally undressing her in posts merely saying what nice curves she has. Are we there yet?
i agree. if someone said that my girlfriend had a nice butt i would be rather happy. not that she doesnt but hearing it from someone else is satisfying considering im a total moran and she could do better ![]() p.s. is that an iPod in her right back pocket
But Laurie, your avatar paints such a handsome picture!? ![]() ![]() ![]() Simon
