So i am pretty happy with these two, mostly because I got out of bed early and "worked" to get a shot for a change.

I would appreciate if you guys could please comment as to the shot composition and quality.

Cheers
Steve

Love the shot of the shearers shed. Great colours. Well done.

like the second shot although I feel it would be stronger without the black lower left. Perhaps clone some of the grass over it??

What grass? Doesn't look like there's been much rain there lately.

I like your second shot out of the two, but feel like others, that the dark band at the bottom is distracting.

G'day mate,

Not sure on the first, the outhouse is such a large subject in the frame and I'm not sold on the tree encroaching on the left... I think if you stepped back a bit you could maybe get a better balance, maybe using the lines of the old fence?

Ahhh, the second image works very nicely, I'd be tempted to crop off just a smidge from the left hand side to bring the shed closer to the left hand side (third?) and give the tree more balanced open space to lean into... Hmmm, might be tempted to crop the dark band off the bottom too...

Damn, I forgot to mention, that's beautiful soft golden light...
