This is another photo taken through the 20 inch telescope at Stockport (South Australia). Single 10 minute exposure autoguided..

now that's just showing off! where/how did you take this?
my thoughts also.
obviously something that has an equatorial mount
in any case good shot of the nebula.

figured as much.
just a tad bigger than the 6inch reflector I used to have as a kid.
got rid of it because there was too much light around the city
when I worked for the defence dept. I went to mt palomar and checked out the 200 incher. they wouldnt let me have a go though

What the...
I see it, but I don't believe it. Outer space doesn't look like this!
It's been done in your garage with coloured lights and a poster. Just like the moon landing.
Congratulations - a seriously different kind of image.
