The eyes are key in this shot and make it a great photo, I have seen you use better PP then this, but overal a shot a mother would love.

yeh.. i've struggled a bit with this shot... just can't get the right ooomph out of the contrast without spoiling the shot...

is that with the 50mm f/1.8?? :D
it may be my eyes, but could his eyes be a little more sharper?

:) no.. not with the 50mm .. was at 35mm on a cheap and nasty lens.

yeh.. eyes could be a lot sharper, but unfortunately due to the original being a bit ordinary i can't push the sharpness too much more.

If you were going to print this, I wouldn't want it any sharper.

Cool shot, cool kid. I like the B&W treatment. The eyes are wonderfully engaging. If I were to do any further PP on this I would only try a slight curves tweak, but that would be it.
