Someone decided to place their pickup sticks next to Fed Square

No idea what it's supposed to symbolise...

Longer shutter speed and started shaking the scupture (which is what you're allowed to do)

Thanks guys. Nah I didn't put the sticks there

I had a look yesterday during the daylight and it looks totally different (ie. boring).

I must not take pics which are of general interest....low replies
