The Yellow House

While Stubbsy was busily getting the local artist to pose for the shots in this thread I was snapping away at the yellow house.

I also raise Stubbsy not one, but two whole images from his rule broken thread

Apologies if they're similar It's hard to get different material when working in close proximity!

I tried to get a 10ft off the ground perspective by holding the D70 above my head

Some nice shots Daniel_r I particularly like the last one and I'm not sure why. I also like the strong lines in #3.

For me #2 is the weakest, the perspective makes it seem like a snap shot style photo if that makes sense.

A great set of images, with #1 the weakest for me.

#2 - I love the perspective and placement on this - very clever idea. A tiny clone of the distracting piece of house on the middle LHS may be in order.

#3 - I like the strong use lines in this. I tried a few similar concepts of different parts of the house, but none worked. This one does.

#4 - The best and another great example of your good eye for the shot.

I like the last one a lot - very reminiscent of Pro Hart's art blot paintings
