Lovely rich colours in all shots.

The perspective in #2 is great, very clever and I hope you avoided dog shit :)

#1 has lovely, simple and effective composition and contrast, it's a great shot and the treatment is spot on.

Lovely shots Daniel,

I really like the perspective in the second one. All the colours are really spot on, very vibrant.

Nice to see some of your shots. I'm still looking for time to finish the processing on mine

And for the record, it was not our dogs' shit, we clean up after our pooches :D :D

thanks for sharing,

André

Nice shots Daniel,

I like the perspective that you took of your second photo.

I'll repeat the praise for the 2nd one, the colour and perspective are great.
The only shot that doesn't seem to belong for me is the last one, it lacks the colour and interest of the other three.

More great stuff from you Daniel. I like your eye for the shot and #2 shows this stronly. I was wondering what the image would be like when I saw you taking it. This is superb. I do agree with you though that #1 is the better shot. It has som many wonderful elements to it that reward repeated viewing. The colours are great, the tree is nicely framed and when the eye wanders to the distance there is the stark row of leafless branches. Well done.

Thanks for the comments all.

The perspective was pretty hard to get how I wanted it - the camera is resting on the ground in portrait orientation (which made looking through the viewfinder very difficult :) ). The leaf directly in front is about 2cm from the front element of the fisheye (stubbsy's fisheye... I was being mindful not to scratch the hell out of it - it's a lot of exposed vulnerable glass!).

Dog shit... you never know when you're about to unearth a hidden doggie landmine waiting under a leaf :D (keep sniffing).

I like the 2nd shots because of the low perspective :D

The first pic is good, but the background is a bit too distracting for me.
