G'day Rod,
It's always surprising when you get up at some ungodly hour and find some other photog's out there freezing their butts off eh?
Looks like the early morning was well worth it too...
#1, would like to see the edge of the rock on the left, maybe if the framing was a smidge to the left so the left rock's left edge was in frame and the right edge of the frame went between the two rocks in the sand rather than through the rock on the right? That might also move the highlights in the water on the sand away from the edge of frame? Just a thought... Dunno if that makes any sense tho...
#2, I love the colors and tones in this... Just wonder if it would help to have the last pole within frame so the rope(?) isn't sort of "hanging there"?
#3, Hmmm, thinking about maybe cropping the sand off the bottom and making it more pano'ish?
#4, Really like this, like the creamy water and the human element (the other photog crazy enough to be out there

) Tempted to clone out the blurred photog on the left maybe?
Hmmm, yeah the horizon's do seem a bit wonky to me, but maybe it's that scotch?
