I'm not too sure about this one, the mist on the top of the bridge creates an atmosphere yes, but it kinda detracts from the entire image. Be keen to get a few other opinions.:

Thanks BP - nope not selective colour, it was a very grey morning and the mist added to it. Just levels change in PS. That's it.

Concentrating on the bridge, you could go for a "Sky is falling" theme...
