The last of my series I took at the border crossing. There were some unbelievable opportunities here. I'd love to hear some thoughts, it's sort of the first time I've tried this type of photography. I dodged the foreground for the bubbles that were rushing in with the tide, and burned the shadows a tad too, and exposed the entire thing for the sky in Rawshooter. These used to support an old cannery that was burned down.

Very nice image. I really like your b&w treatment of it. Were you standing in the water? It looks like you're right out in the middle of a lake or something

Very moody and almost eerie image. Great work.

The tide was coming in really fast. I took one take with the tide line in the picture, and one with it at my feet, then I had to bail.
This was one of those really long sandy shallow beaches just south of the US Canada border.

This is quite a powerful and balanced image you've created, I like it a lot. The B&W conversion is also spot on

This is a great image, I like it a lot.
Very good composition and b/w conversion.
Good work.
You could try a tighter crop on the top and bottom of the image.
It would give more impact.

Great pic, maybe crop the bottom a bit more but leave the clouds as they are. Love what you've done with the toning.
