From my front garden this afternoon...

I like this one except for the big leaf in the middle of the photo. Does it ruin the shot?

dont mind the first 2, afraid the 3rd doesnt do anything for me.

dont think it is the leaf though.
just doesnt seem to have anything to hold my interest.

Yes, I couldn't make up my mind about it. I like the blue and yellow, but I agree that it doesn't quite work. May try again with the same theme.

#1 is my pick of these three. Nice shallow DOF, but nice and sharp bee, and compositionally balanced. We need to get you a macro lens and a flash now.

I know. I really have a thing for small things, and I just have to have a good macro lens.
