These are a big improvement over your last flower shot, well done. Nice, vibrant colours. #2 has a creative composition.

Suzanne, i like #2 as well it is different, although both nice but yeh really stands out for me, well done.

Suzanne, I have had, seen and photographed a lot of bottlebrush but that second shot was terrific. I like your thinking outside the norm and trying for that different angle. I wish I would try to do that more often.

Thanks for the comments guys. These are in my front garden, and each time I get in the car to drive somewhere, I have seen that particular flower from that angle. It has been calling to me to photograph it.
