For the second time I went with Paul on one of his early morning excursions. I did better this time if it were not for the misuse of filters  . When we were finished taking pictures Paul showed me how to adjust filters in low light  .

Hi Wendell,
I used a graduated ND4 and a graduated "sunset/sunrise" filter. I misadjusted the former and overused the latter  .

Learning from the master, nothing beats that :D :D

You got some nice clouds for the sunrise yesterday. I like your photos but not so sure on the colours.

Were you using Cokin filters?

I was out for a sunrise this morning, no clouds to speak of, was freezing my hands but still had a great time :D :D . Also found some more nice places to get some sunrise/sunset photos.

Well done and thanks for sharing,

André

Andre,
I was using Cokin filters . Goes to show we never take too many shots. I should rephrase that: have too much practice  . It is very interesting going out with Paul. I'll go again   .

the last one is a good play with the composition...not ceratin I prefer the overall look of it over the second one really...maybe some others could comment

do you have any without the red filter to with the clouds?
