This was 4sec and f/18 - 18mm - 200 ISO

I was basically trying for a 4 sec shot so just upped or is it downed the f stop.

Hey Im really, really ecstatic with the comments guys thanks alot!!

I wasnt even happy with this shoot as 5 mins in I got splashed, and had to wipe the salt water droplets off the camera with my jacket as I had left my bag in the car  hehe! I think you can still see a smear in the photo from the water on the filter.

Just the kit lense.

For those interested I PP'd the shot taken 1 sec after.

This has more fluff in the water but maybe the first shot is better somehow the sky is darker in the cloud!!

#1 is excellent.

Goes to show what the D70/18-70DX can do in the right hands - and you've certainly proven that.

Well done!

number 1 is outstanding.

as for cropping, the second doesnt do it for me.
If anything perhaps crop a bit of the bottom of the first to make it slightly more pano.

works as it is though

Well done.
