Here are some from Sunday at Watsons Bay. Wife went nuts thinking the kids might find a hole to climb out over the cliff. Anyway I got a few shots in.

I like both the crops and the pano in #3 is great. Nice looking cloud shapes.

The rectangular crop of the first image works better for me since it gives more space to the image and makes the most of those clouds.

Sorry to say the last image doesn't grab me - too much foreground that really doesn't offer a lot.

CPL filter and yes I play in Photoshop!

I just check the original, ya the sky is pretty similar! Id say to CPL filter

thanks, i havent used on in years.

Can you recommend a make / model CPL? I have been looking at notice they are priced $50-500, and dont know what the key differences are, any tips?

Also, are there ways to adapt a CPL for multiple thread sizes, or get one for each lens filter size?

I got a cheap and nasty Cokin filter. My lense is 67mm so I got that. You can get an additional ring to up or down the size for different lenses, so get one thats common to your lenses I guess.

Most guys here are keen on Hoya. Just take a look in the shops. Hoya have 2 entry level grades one made in Philippines and a better one made in Japan. Good luck.
