As b&w images these are good, powerful shots. The first one you can't see enough of your face though, I know they're meant to be contrasty and almost sillhouette but feel if you lighted the darkness over your both and under your nose it could improve dramatically.

The 2nd one is much much better in my opinion, more of a definite silllhouette - but with a little PPing to get rid of the cracked paint on the walls you have a winner here. Nice job!

#2 is a very creative image. This is a classical shot. I agree with Geoff to clone the little imperfections out of the background. Well done!

I love the effect your hair has given #2 - very creative and a great strong silhouette. I agree about the peeling paint though - little bit of PS and perfect
