Hey everyone. Here is a few pics I took today I guess they are fairly boaring. I have just started trying different black and whites instead of just using the deafault grey scale on photoshop. So these are my first attempts. It would be good to hear what you guys think and please if you think they suck tell me lol. Thanks for helping me lern guys

First one lacks impact, not really focus the people are too small to interest me, in general it seems fairly dull.

#2 This ones a fair bit better as you have the gates framing the foreground and the path leading you into the shot. Looks like getting a good exposure would be difficult here with the harsh light and shadows but you've done ok, perhaps it lacks another mid to background element for interest ?

#3 This one is my preferred shot of the bunch, it's got a lot more intrest for me then the last 2 it's just a shame it's ruined by the pole (?) on the left hand side. You might be able to crop it along the (buildings) seam to the right of the pole and perhaps get away with it

No worries Dan, I hope I wasn't overly negative, I'm not trying to drag you down but I do believe the it's better to be honest with the critiques otherwise we don't strive to improve and make the shots better.
