One from Double Bay

Heres one that came out ok for me. Harsh light and I had to find shade.

doble bay is a swanky place

i think for this type of shot you either expose for the foreground in the shade blow the background fully or vice versa

in youer case you have exposed for the background and left everything under the gazebo a black, in my opinion i think the composition needs to be perfectly symetrical to accomodate this style of shot

Adam - if you shot this in RAW make 2 images, one exposed for the background and one for the foreground and combine in Photoshop to give better exposure in the gazebo - nice shot BTW
