I like #4, good work.

the others don't do much for me.

#3 would be much better if the fountain was straight / horizontal.

No. 1 looks like it could do with some nudging in Levels or curves to brighten up the highlights and select the sign and lamp face then do the same. This will add to the apparent sharpness. I quite like it though.
No. 2 doesn't grab me. Sort of nothing particular to hold my attention. Good texture.
No.3 the water is way too burnt out I am afraid
No 4 is more interesting to me as I often find parts of things like this myself. I still find my eye trying to follow the chain up the curve though.
