Any guesses as to what this is? (Other than really, really annoying to take photos of? There's got to be a whole book on "taking photos of curvy reflective things")

Is that a "Sneaker Support" at the rear? Looks like a solar bike or somesuch.
Were you way back with tele lens to avoid reflections or just hiding in the pointy bit?

I notice that the movies folk hammer the surface of shiny armour with lots of tiny ripples to stop it giving a camera reflection. Maybe if you hit it with a hammer, you could get a side view? :shock:

Yup. That's a fair size bloke hiding behind a pretty small bike.

I'm hiding. Hitting it with a hammer would definitely give me a side view... as I was stomped by the builder :)

It's a bike built to try to set the world hour record, as there was a $US25k prize that expired recently. Unfortunately we didn't get it, but we're going to keep trying. When I can post more I'll do so, but for now I've been asked to keep the photos a bit quiet by the sponsors.
