Orange spiral (again) - need framing ideas

I am posting this again as I need some ideas as to how to frame this shot. I need to hang it in the kitchen. I have it enlarged and ready. As far as I can think, a simple frame would suit it best. Perhaps some white border too? Any suggestions would be welcome.

what colour scheme is your kitchen? (this may have a bearing on what colour matte to use and the style of frame)

I prefer simple neutral framing, usually white matt and black frame. being a predominently black image you might go without the matt.
I've sometimes looked at sites like art.com, pick a similar image and you can then pick different framing combinations and see the preview. It will at least give you an idea of what it might look like.

My kitchen interior is of very light grey color. Almost white.
I would also like to gift the picture to some family friends. I guess a color scheme that would work with different interiors would be most suitable.

A stupid question but I've got to ask it! Should I keep the text "Kamran - Photography 2006" as is or should it be moved around / resized?

Its a gift, so why not keep it there. Get you name out, in the semi public domain.. so their visitors can see it and think wow!

white matt and black frame to continue the contrasting theme of the picture?
Or go wild with an orange Matt and orange frame to draw attention to it
