Sleeping dog by the stairs (Valparaiso - Chile)

Moving on from cats to dogs.
This one lent itself to B+W conversion in my mind.

But the colours are so gorgeous in this city. Im torn between which one i prefer.

In the first post, I prefer the colour shot. It seems to have a lot more depth than the B&W one.

I think I prefer the B/W. The dog seems more prominent and the lack of colour enhances the mood of the shot.

I like the way the dogs are in the foregound. They help lead the eye into the rest of the image. Maybe you have a subject here for an entire series?

I would gladly go back tomorrow if someone would put up the $$ for a coffee table book.

There was plenty of dogs.
