Cemetery Tombstones

Unfortunately I left the ISO at 800 *Doh* so there's a fair bit of noise in this image. I'll definitely go back and do it again, but are there any other comments that would help improve it?

Not sure that I would call that painting with light because it could be lit with one flash. Normally painting with light refers to very large objects...buildings, bridges, ships, where many flashes are required. Nice image though and some spooky colours.

I was just thinking about that Matt. Although it looks as though it was just lit with one flash, I raced around flashing at each tombstone (Not sure the dead people appreciated that

)
I think I will need to refine my technique and have another go.

An underexposed person in the background flash at stop under then move them leaves a nice ghost in the photo
A torch and colour cellophane or gel leaves some interesting light trails.

Perhaps this is a better example of what I was trying to do with the flash unit. Don't know how I missed this when going through the first time.
