A week or so ago, Mark (Slider) posted a some brilliant shots of Green Tree Pythons. As Mark mentioned, this was an incredibly rare opportunity that we had and one not to be missed.

I didn't have time to post at the time as I went to Sydney and the Blue Mountains for a short trip.

The first one (of the adult's head) is similar to Mark's one but I used a slightly different angle, different DOF and a tad less saturation.

The second one is a different take on the baby.

Hi Michael,

Unfortunatly I missed mark's post last week.

I love the in your face factor of the first shot, it gives really connects you to the snake and it's beauty. Your love of wildlife and the natural environment really shows thru in your photos.

Congrats on the great captures.
