I had never heard of a shipwreck in the Harbour.
Today I was shown the evidence.
Very quick pp just to get them on the web.

there are a few wrecked ships and things in sydney harbour.

another place is homebush bay where there a few

I echo this, you find things that everyone else seems to overlook or turn a blind eye too, I like the black and white treatment, but would love to see the colour, surely there is some great rust on this wreck.

Agreed, I reckon there would be some great deep rust colours that would contrast nicely with the blue sky/blue water.

And Geoff, asking for the colour version...!!! thats like asking a lady her age..
I shot these images with b/w in mind, I shot late in the afternoon and the colour version does not show the full potential of the subject. Its is a very rusty ship, nice colours, but I will have to go back in better light.

the shipwrecks at homebush bay are shown on some street directories.
but basically in the bay opposite the waterbird refuge.
I last saw them around xmas. should still be there though. wwII relics I believe

I think the last one is the one here. Grrrreat depth and texture. Well shot and PP'd.

However, compared to some of your recent urban shots, these are just great looking images, but don't quite have the emotional impact. Sorry, you set the bar yourself, now you cannot but raise it
