You will like it here, I can almost guarantee that
I have to say that I'm not a seagull fan, never have been and never will be.
Having said that your photos show careful composition however I think they're a tad on the soft side.
The 2nd image - the bird must be hungry, looks like it's eating it's own foot!

thanks geoff. i'm not a big fan of seagulls either...

about the softness, it seems that resizing the images (for uploading) makes them soft. thanks for pointing that. next time i'll sharpen the photo a bit after resizing.
