Hmm... To much sky for me and to much of it blown...
I would have tried a different perspective on the soldier, up a little closer...

Leigh,
I'm amazed at how you framed this "soldier in the field" in the middle of Sydney. I don't remember seeing any vegetation near Anzac bridge...
The cloud shapes are a good find, too, and brought out very effectively.
On a whole, though, I have to say I like your other soldier, as well as Stubbsy's similar shot, better.
