You have some nice cloud formations in these images but to my eye they are a bit flat and lacking in some saturation.
Out of the three I would prefer #2 but all could be stored as stock under a cloud folder for those times
when you may need a different sky for another image.
I'd also prefer to see the sun a little further toward the centre of the image in #2.
The location looks to have potential
Just my thoughts..
