Sadly and a little frustratingly my Round 2 Entry was disqualified, it seems like a last minute decision to crop 1 cm of the bottom somehow and I don't know how stripped the exif data.
Anyways I thought I would share some of the failures with you, my camera got a real work out this month taking near 1800 shots for the challenge. :)

DNQ'd I almost nearly entered this as my Round 1 entry, but thought I could improve it.

Sunny Side Up. After a tough decision I thought this would get less votes.

Anyways any feedback on either shot would be appreciated, the quality of the entries was outstanding and I look forward to seeing the final results.

Sorry to hear that Craig, especially after I got got your advice on another thread and found a date error on my camera.

Is the second pic on a mirror? I wonder if the sun had been in the reflection and the egg over that how it would look? BTW, you oops'd on the opps in the title of this thread...

Danny glad I could help you out, to top it of my laptop died yesterday while shooting, that put me in a cranky mood. I've fixed the title :)

The second pic used 2 sheets of glass, and a print out of a sky and cloud. I then gently placed the yolk where I wanted it, a lot of the time I was lighting the yolk up from behind (I am here too,but its balanced by the foreground lighting.

Peter = I never noticed the elephant in the yolk, how bizarre, I actually spent a lot of time projecting from beneath and on top, faces onto the yolk but the elephant is sheer accidental.

Glen thanks for the kind words.
