Another - What bird is this?

We spotted this bird on our travels and I.m not sure what it is. This was taken on the side of the road. The bird was very nervous and flew over the fence and I couldn't get any better shots.

Correct. It most certainly is a Bustard, also known as a Plains turkey or wild turkey. They quite rare in east and southeast Australia and having a more common population on Cape York.

yep
australian bustard, they are mainly ground dwelling and nesting birds relatively common in outback areas in mid-northern qld (not sure about other areas :?

Thanks guys. My wife and I spotted several of these in southern outback Qld and some in northern outback NSW.
