Reflective Moment

Stuck at home this afternoon so I was a bit starved for photographic inspiration. Toby, my Jack Russell, was running around like a mad thing (what's new?!) but I managed to nab him looking at his reflection in the pool. I tried to get some with both him and the reflected image but the little terror was darting around too quickly for the old 70-300G to keep up with him. I've only cropped this by about 2% - it was never framed as well as I'd like it, showing a little more of him perhaps back to the shoulders.

Comments appreciated.

Simon

That's the most still I've ever seen a Jack Russell. My sister has one they call Mad Dog.

Nicely cropped and pleasant colours.

Simon,

Does he chase his reflection in the pool or drink from the dunny?

Nice pic :D

Cheers

A nice sharp shot. You've done well to get him standing still long enough to take the picture. I've had some dealings with Jack Russell's and know they can be a bit hyper at the best of times.
