I actually like it a lot Adam...
Compositionally it is strong.

However as noted in another thread, I really need to calibrate my monitors... On my left one, I get a lot of facial details and on the right one I see the silhouette effect that you referred to...

I did leave alot of detail. I think it makes the shot more interesting
