This is the best from a lousy bunch, this shot actually turned out as I planned for once.

Thanks for the comments guys

It was shot at waist level with a shutter speed of 1.3 seconds - but as I mentioned pretty much exactly as I wanted it to turn out

were you geTting the bridge into a swing before or during the shoot ?
I have to try this on a suspension bridge.

Yeah, well, I'd stop forgetting to turn the darn VR on or practice my hand-holding techniques, definitely a faster shutter speed (you know you can increase ISO?). The new sony DSLR has built in anti-vibration, you know.
