Would definately crop to move the can away from the centre though... Hmmm, if cropping I think I'd crop out the TR corner to remove the odd bits of blue that might be reflections from something...

But I've shifted the can around and can't see it makes the picture any better, IMHO.
But - have a play and if you can show me what you mean then that would be valuable for me.

All I've done is simply crop which makes the can seem larger in the frame and maybe a more "imposing" subject???
In the crop, I also made sure I cropped out a bright red part of the wavy reflection so there wasn't a bright color in the BL corner of the frame... Wanted to have dark color in the corners... Just another way of presenting the same image, dunno if it's of any help or not, it's all just good fun

I actually like the fact that it isn't imposing in the original. The unusual red water then becomes an equal focus with the can.
Break that rule of thirds and go with the original I say!
