Low light surf shots (Dial up warning)

Took these late today, murky, rainy weather, but a nice swell, although inconsistent. I used 400-500 ISO, but very difficult light:

No, I'm a hopeless surfer. And a hopeless horserider. I'm no good at Sudoku either. In fact, the depression years didn't bother me, I was a flop during the boom. :lol:

Nice shots - have you PPed(?) the surfer masking out the background? The difference in contrast between subject and wave looks marked...

Ye old Tamroniski lens indeed it is, aye. It is salt encrusted and covered with moisture but who cares? I'm having fun and it was a freebie!

I cropped, adjusted contrast and sharpened, that's all.

Mate, still getting those great surf shots and these are great with the low light so yeh done well matey.
