Trip to Broken Hill

Hi
Just returned from Broken Hill great road trip despite fuel bill of about $1000 .
Thanks for all the advice from members of places of interested .
The first two are from Silverton ,third is the main restaurant in Broken Hill on top of the old mine overlooking the city.

#2 all the way, superb exposure and composition :D

#1 be better in BW and chop down the tree to the left IMHO

#3 doesnt do much actually :roll:

#1 and 2 are classic shots whilst #3 is a memory shot :)

I would crop some of the foreground in the first.

doesnt help the overall image

Nice work on #2.
Good to see the rear suspension on the beetle doing what it does best :D

Have you considered cloning out the power lines in #1?

1st shot is great - was it cropped - I would have like to see the trees either side.
2nd shot is awesome and I like the bug too.
3rd shot - as Chris said is for the memory - nice sharp shot none the less.

As you say the third is just a memory shot .
No1 was cropped to remove the building on the right and cloning out the power lines is a bit beyound by skill level at the moment.
