Actually, the image is one from a 'commissioned' shoot - my daughter asked me to do some shots for a Jack Russell ezine she's doing for a school project. My pay was the big smile I got when she saw the photos.

Lab curve adjustment, background desaturation, resizing and a little sharpening.
