Painting with Fire....

After a shoot today, my two street artist friends had some fun.
These shots were in an abandoned warehouse.
They were shot in almost complete darkness.
The only lighting is from the cans.
I do not recommend others trying this, it was performed by professionals.

Marty - your unique style is shining through again! Good work, did u have to tweak change the colour balance much/at all?

Where were u at the BBQ yesterday with those flames? :)

Hey Geoff,
these are un-touched, I left the colour as it was shot.
It is a little yellow, but that was from the 'natural' light source we were using.
It was great fun, I took over 100 different shots with the flames, as the action happens very quickly, and it certainly warmed the room up very quickly.
If I had the equipment yesterday, I would certainly have bbq'd your food, it would probably only take a second or two. Maybe next time...!
Thanks Roger, men love playing with fire, I wanted to have a go but somebody had to press the button on the camera....!

very urban,

why didn't you do a longer exposure
and get your bad boy crew to write urban lyrics
that would of been awesome

Don't know why you didn't get more comments, I saw this before and thought they were cool and another interesting twist on your grunge experimentation. Cool concept and some interesting results, kind of reminded me of Halflife the game.
